Ingredients:
1 Cup coconut milk
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 tsp. Organic maca powder
1 tsp. MCT oil
1/4 tsp. Ceremonial grade Matcha powder
Optional sweetener
1 tsp. Raw honey or pure maple syrup
Optional sprinkle of cinnamon on top
Mix all ingredients (except matcha and cinnamon) into a warm cup of coconut milk. I use a small handle held frothier to really give it a latte feel and mix in the MCT oil really well. Make your matcha separately in water and pour over the top of your coconut milk blend. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy !
