These are so easy to make and a perfect fall treat. You can store them in the refrigerator if they don’t get eaten all at once. 1/2 cup peanut butter ⠀ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup maple syrup ⠀ 2 cups GLUTEN-FREE ROLLED OATS 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 tbsp pumpkin spice 1 scoop collagen powder 1 tsp maca powder
Combine the peanut butter, pumpkin purée , maple syrup and vanilla until well mixed. Added in the oats, collagen powder, maca powder, chia seeds, pumpkin spice and chocolate chips. Mix well and roll into bite sized balls. 🎃✨🍁 enjoy
