This smoothie is packed full of the good stuff and it doesn’t taste bad lol. I know for some, eating and drinking anything that is green can be gross lol. This smoothie is delicious and with the vanilla protein powder it really tastes good. It’s full of nutrients, including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, iron, folate, potassium and flavonoids, which are antioxidants. Antioxidants help remove free radicals that can damage cells in the body. It also has flaxseed in it which can improve digestive health and may also help lower total blood cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL, or “bad”) cholesterol levels. How to make it : Just add⬇️ Spinach, banana, apple, cucumber,lemon juice and ground flaxseed to a blender. Add the Greek yogurt or a dairy free yogurt option and coconut milk. If desired, add a tablespoon of honey for sweetness. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add two scoops of your favorite vanilla protein powder and give it one final blend. Pour into a glass and add a few ice cubes. Enjoy 😊
